Abstracts
Participants in the AGACSE conference who wish to be considered to give a talk, show a poster, or organize some complementary activity (for instance a software demo) should submit an abstract in pdf format via EasyChair. The abstract should have an extension of one page and include the title, the authors affiliation and contact information. To prepare the pdf file, please use one of the following templates: LaTeX or Word.
Early proceedings
Speakers (invited or selected), poster authors, companies and authors of software demos who wish to participate in the early proceedings should submit a text with an extension of at most 10 pages. The scientific committee will take the decision about which texts have enough scientific quality to be included. The early proceedings will be published electronically with the corresponding ISBN and they will be available to participants before the conference starts. To prepare the pdf file, please use one of the following templates: LaTeX or Word.
Selected talks
After the conference, the scientific committee will select the best contributions for publication in a volume by an international publisher. The selected authors will be asked to submit an extended version of their talks of up to 20 pages. These papers will follow the usual referee process through either the scientific committee or external referees.
